Education Support Portal (ESP) Troubleshooting 

The ESP is accessible via the internet. You do not need to be connected to Sydney Local Health District intranet.

Unable to create an account on the ESP? Sydney Local Health District employees can create an account by logging in with valid Stafflink ID and password via the Stafflink login area above. 

Forgot password? All Sydney Local Health District employees please use your Stafflink email address as a username(unless account exists with alternate email address). If you have forgotten Stafflink password, contact the Statewide Service Desk. All other users click on the 'Lost Password' link. Provide username OR email address to reset.

Unable to create an account with my Stafflink but get an error saying my login is invalid? Try logging in from a different device. Contact the ESP administrator who will give you instructions on how to proceed. slhd-esp@health.nsw.gov.au

Student nurse login: If you are a student nurse about to commence clinical placement please use the email address registered with your academic or educational institution. (DO NOT use stafflink email address).
