Education Support Portal (ESP) Troubleshooting 

Google Chrome is the recommended browser for our Learning Management System (Moodle). The ESP is accessible via the internet. You do not need to be connected to Sydney Local Health District intranet.

Unable to create an account on the ESP: Sydney Local Health District employees can
create an account by logging in with valid Stafflink ID and password via the NSW Health - Employee Login button. 

Forgot password: All NSW Health employees use your Stafflink email address
as a username(unless account exists with alternate email address). If you have forgotten Stafflink password, contact Statewide Service Desk. All other users click on the Forgot Password link. Provide username OR email address to reset.

Unable to create an account with my Stafflink but get an error saying my login is invalid: Try logging in from a different device.
Contact the ESP administrator who will give you instructions on how to proceed. slhd-esp@health.nsw.gov.au
